Goodness……I am soooo sorry that I have not been able to call you. I don't have enough words to express my appreciation for all your help and the wonderful feeling that gives me to have somebody to trust without feeling embarrassed of showing some limitations.
I open the attachments and printed them. (Actually, I had them already printed time ago) Are these the eDocs requested for embarkation? The only thing that I didn't see are the luggage tags.
I will fill much more sure if you will walk me through the process. I appreciate very much your readiness to do so.

Anyway, please pass along to everyone and administration that I think Gold Crown has some of the best customer service in promptly and politely handling questions. I very much appreciate it. There are a lot online businesses that could take lessons from GC customer service!
